Leroy Tubbs

Leroy was born in 1903.¹   Leroy's father was Thomas Berry Tubbs and his mother was Frances J. Stanfield.  His maternal grandfather is Marion Stanfield and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth G. Slaughter. He has three brothers and five sisters, named Alton W., Clinton, Raymond, Emma, Rosalee, Linnie, Ruthaell and Bessie.  He is the third oldest of the nine children.
