William Edgar Smith 
William Edgar was born on October 2nd, 1886 in Hurricane, Virginia.1 William Edgar's father was George Jefferson Smith and his mother was Hannah Ford Hill. His paternal grandparents are Robert Abraham Smith and Mary Jane Paul. He had two brothers named Isaac Carter and Robert Williard. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 67 on January 6th, 1954 in Staats Hospital, Charleston, West Virginia. He was buried in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans, West Virginia.1 1 General Notes
