Lucretia Skaggs 
Lucretia was born in 1794 in Monroe Co, Virginia.1 Lucretia's father was John,Jr. Skaggs and her mother was Catherine Hicks. Her paternal grandfather was John Skaggs and her paternal grandmother is Ruth Bishop. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Zachariah, Charles, Richard, John,3rd, Susannah and Rebecca. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Joseph, James, Richard, John,3rd and Mary. She died at the age of 66 in 1860.1 General Notes
