Joseph Skaggs 
Joseph was born on May 19th, 1812 in Virginia.1 Joseph's father was Joseph Skaggs and his mother is Margaret Swope. His paternal grandfather was John,Jr. Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is UNKNOWN Unknown. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Michael, Andrew Jackson, Delilah, Jane Susanna, Elizabeth and Cinderalla. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James, John B., Zebulan, Samuel and Polly. He died at the age of 4 on July 14th, 1816 in Virginia.1 General Notes
