Elisha Jenkins Skaggs

Elisha Jenkins was born in 1814 in Kentucky.¹ Elisha Jenkins' father was Matthew Skaggs and his mother was Rebecca Orrick. His paternal grandfather was James Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Nancy Mayse. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, John E., Henry Mitchell and Nancy. He is the oldest of the five children.
