Billy Edgar Shelley

Billy Edgar's father was Noah Alpha Shelley and his mother was Mary Jane Williamson. His paternal grandparents were Charles Pittman Shelley and Florence Graham. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Reece Lennon, James Pickens, Bonnie Faye, Reba and Venna.
