James W Sharer 
James W was born in March 1835 in WARREN COUNTY, KY.1 James W's father was Jacob Sharer and his mother was Elizabeth G Wilks. His paternal grandparents were Christian Sharer and Mary Anne UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were John Manning and Sally A Manning. He had five brothers and a sister, named Reuben C, Francis A, George Pearson, John Wesley, Henry Augustus and Catherine M. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 86 on June 15th, 1921.1 General Notes
