Myrtle Ruth Senter 
Myrtle Ruth was born on October 22nd, 1897 in Buckhorn Township, Harnett Co., North Carolina.1 Myrtle Ruth's father was James Eldridge Senter and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Arnold. Her paternal grandfather is James W. Senter and her paternal grandmother was Charlotte Hilliard; her maternal grandparents are Thomas Arnold and Elizabeth Newell. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John William, Hubert Henry, Lattie M., Lector Irene and Mary Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the six children.
