Cedric Hale Senter

Cedric Hale was born on August 25th, 1918.¹ Cedric Hale's father was Martin Hale Senter and his mother is Florence Cowgill. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Senter and Annie Elizabeth Martin. He has two brothers named Donavan and Albert Carroll. He is the second oldest of the three children.
