Bridget Sams 
Bridget was born in 1835.1 Bridget's father was Gabriel C. Sams and her mother was Mary Polly Hampton. Her paternal grandfather was John Warren Sams and her paternal grandmother is Agnes Blackwell. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Anson B., John Henry, Ezekiel G., Robert B., Gabriel C.,Jr., Celia, Susannah, Jane, Elizabeth, Margaret Elizabeth and Nancy M.. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 44 in 1879.1 General Notes
