Virgil Owen Ruddick

Virgil Owen was born on October 28th, 1911 in McAlester, Oklahoma.¹   Virgil Owen's father is Edward Jesse Ruddick and his mother is Daisy Pearl McMullin.  His paternal grandparents are Jessie Owen Ruddick and Martha Shoemaker.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 73 on December 23rd, 1984 in Victoria, Texas.  He was buried in Alvord Cem., Alovrd, Texas.^1 1 

‌Virgil Owen and Dorothy Birdine were married in a religious ceremony on February 11th, 1935 in Port Lavaca, Texas.¹   They had seven sons and six daughters, named Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Living, Mephibosheth, Living, Living, Living, Living and Living.
