Jemima Frances Robinson 
Jemima Frances was born in 1854.1 Jemima Frances' father was William Robinson and her mother was Rose Ann Durbin. Her maternal grandparents were Charles C. Durbin and Nancy Jones. She was an only child. She died at the age of 84 in 1938. She was buried in Pisgah Church Cemetery.1 General Notes
David R. Hail said that he only vaguley remembers Jemima but that he was t
old that she was disowned for marry Mel French because her family was ve
ry wealthy and felt she married beneath them. I commented to David that y
ou would think that by herself being disowned her children wouldn't have c
arried on the tradition but he said no, that's the way things were.
