Hamilton Ritchie 
Hamilton was born on July 2nd, 1881 in Quicksand Creek, m Breathitt Co., Kentucky.1 Hamilton's father was Andrew Ritchie and his mother was Mahala Miller. His paternal grandfather was James Monroe Ritchie and his paternal grandmother is Hannah Fugate. He had a brother and seven sisters, named George, Orlena, Matilda, Rachel, Elizabeth, America, Martha and Nancy Ann. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 93 on March 3rd, 1975.1 General Notes
