Ralph Edward was born on December 12th, 1917 in ,St. Louis, Missouri.1 Ralph Edward's father was Emette Harrison Price and his mother was Lillian Stemme. His paternal grandparents were Lafayette T. (Fate) Price and Martha Jane Basham. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Emette Otto, Elmer Lee, Living, Lucille Lillian and Living. He died at the age of 46 on December 21st, 1963.
