Walter Monroe Phillips 
Walter Monroe was born in 1900.1 Walter Monroe's father is George Layfayette Phillips and his mother was Beadia Ann Graham. His maternal grandparents were Silas Marion Graham and Cynthia Jane Winningham. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Wallace Graham, Silas Alexander, Paul Alcorn, Alta Jane, Stella, Lenora, Pearl Opal and Cynthia Elizabeth. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 87 in 1987.1 General Notes
