Phillip Paul Owen 
Phillip Paul was born on August 19th, 1904 in Ethel, MIssouri.1 Phillip Paul's father was Richard Edward, Sr. Owen and his mother was Nina Irene Hazen. His paternal grandparents were John Edward Owen and Grace Jones. He had four brothers and a sister, named Richard Edward, Jr., Daniel Hazen, Edmund Prys, Ellis Rhys and Hannah Irene. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 69 on October 13th, 1973. He was buried in Peoria, Illinois.1 1 General Notes
