Sarah Charlotte Mitchell 
Sarah Charlotte was born on January 5th, 1906.1 Sarah Charlotte's father was James Riley Mitchell and her mother was Rosetta Ritchie. Her maternal grandparents were William Dee Ritchie and Sarah Elizbeth Snow. She had two brothers named Elmer Wesley and Dennis Levi. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 84 on November 29th, 1990.1 General Notes
