Theodicia was born on September 13th, 1867 in Peytona, Boone Co., West Virginia.1 Theodicia's father was Daniel Watts Javins and her mother is Caroline Hill. Her paternal grandfather was Daniel Watts Javins and her paternal grandmother is Margaret Unknown; her maternal grandparents are Jacob Hill and Sarah Thomas. She had two brothers and a sister, named Daniel Watts, Jr., Euell Thomas and Caroline J.. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 35 on November 13th, 1902.1 -
