America Leona "Peggy" Hicks

America Leona "Peggy" was born on June 26th, 1908.¹ America Leona "Peggy"'s father is James Malcolm Hicks and her mother was Fanny Eliza LouDella Sweat. Her maternal grandparents were Randall Terrell Sweat and America L. Bassham. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Novie, David Nolie, James Onie, William Lonie "Duck", Ronald Virgil, Ora, Ethel, Arizona "Zonie", Dora "Dodo" and Ada. She is the second youngest of the eleven children.
