Albert Cecil was born on December 17th, 1916.1 Albert Cecil's father was Minor Leonard Griffin and his mother was Sarah Gertrude McLeod. His maternal grandparents were George Keahey McLeod and Mary O'Daniel. He has four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin O'Daniel, George William, Joseph Brand, Minor Leonard, Stella Mae, Mary Alice and Eugenia Kathryn.
