Walton was born on May 28th, 1868 in Harmony Community, Coryell Co., Texas.1 Walton's father was Curtis Beason Graham and his mother was Elizabeth Thornton. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Abner,Rev. Graham and Martha Jane Fannin. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Harrison M., Jesse E., John E., Mary Ellen Elizabeth and Sarah Emaline. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Curtis Beason,Jr., Isaac Emeriah, Elizabeth Melissa, Margaret Isobel, Ella Virginia, Julia L., Nancy and Howard. He died at the age of 72 on February 13th, 1941 in Klegerg Co., Texas.1 General Notes
