Ellesha Elihue was born on March 10th, 1880 in Gatesville, Coryell Co., Texas.1 Ellesha Elihue's father was Ozias Denton,Dr. Graham and his mother was Martha Matilda Thornton. His paternal grandparents were Jesse Abner,Rev. Graham and Martha Jane Fannin. He had thirteen brothers and a sister, named Jesse W., John Curtis, James Duncan,Rev., Ozias Denton,Jr., Abner J., William Smith, Benjamin Franklin, Andrew Lorenzo, Mastello Marallas S., Presley, Elisha A., Oscar Hezekiah, Otis Cornelius Oduess and Martha Matilida. He was the second youngest of the fifteen children. He died at the age of 75 on April 5th, 1955 in Kerrville, Kerr Co., Texas. He was buried in Hunt Cemetery, Kerr Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
