Mary Jane Evetts

Mary Jane was born in 1848.¹   Mary Jane's father is Thomas Franklin Evetts and her mother is Mary Jane Cole.  Her paternal grandfather was Samuel Givens Evetts and her paternal grandmother is Susannah Haynie. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Hugh, Thomas Franklin,Jr., Samuel G., Margaret and Addea.  She is the third youngest of the six children.
