Robert Anselm Durbin 
Robert Anselm was born on October 20th, 1812 in Madison County, Kentucky.1 Robert Anselm's father was John J Durbin and his mother was Patience Logsdon. His paternal grandfather was Christopher Durbin and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Brown Parkinson not proven; his maternal grandparents were Elisha Logsdon and Rebecca Howard. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Christopher N, Joseph C, John J, Elisha J, Nicholas, William Richard, Rebecca, Nancy Ann and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 79 on January 23rd, 1892 in Newton, Jasper County, Illinois.1 General Notes
