Joseph Doane

Joseph was born on August 13th, 1721 in Truro, Massachusetts.¹   Joseph's father was Hezekiah Doane and his mother was Mary Smith Freeman.  His paternal grandfather was Ephriam Doane and his paternal grandmother is Mercy Knowles. He has a brother named Joseph. He had four half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Nehemiah, Ephraim, Elisha, Hezekiah, Mary, Hannah, Apphia and Rachel.
