Bertie Jean Dilbeck

Bertie Jean was born on June 9th, 1892 in Georgia.¹   Bertie Jean's father was William Will Dilbeck and her mother was Lauranni Self.  Her paternal grandparents are Elias Franklin Dilbeck and Sarah Jane Auston. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named Walter Franklin, Jesse Lee, William Henry, Arthur David, Floyd Alan, Eugene Monroe, Katie Clide, Mary Alice, Sarah Nettie, Ester Estelle, Lela Myrtle, Ada Bell and Pearly Ruth.  She is the fifth oldest of the fourteen children.
