Jane Lossie was born on October 20th, 1891 in Coryell, Co., Texas.1 Jane Lossie's father was Willie Overton Curry and her mother was Martha Ann Manning. Her maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Eucie Elihue, James Malcomb, Sinclair O., O. C., Ferman Fennimore, Minnie Myrtle, Ella Modena, May Louise, Mary Rossie and Ica Ann. She was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 41 on August 15th, 1933 in Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.1 General Notes
