John Cook

John was born in 1856.¹   John's father was William F. Cook and his mother is Elizabeth Harriet McClenney.  His maternal grandparents were Micajah McClenney and Matilda Elizabeth Smith. He has two sisters named Emma and Mary.  He is the second oldest of the three children.
