Bessie Clemmoms

Bessie was born in November 1896 in Breathitt Co. Kentucky.¹ Bessie's father is Elihu Clemmoms and her mother is Martha Ritchie. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Ritchie and Mahala Miller. She has a brother and three sisters, named Brice, Cordelia, Sarah and Carrie. She is the second youngest of the five children.
