Nancy Caroline was born on November 3rd, 1838 in BUTLER COUNTY, KY.1 Nancy Caroline's father was James Lewis Brown and her mother was Mary Polly Brown. Her paternal grandmother was Frances Brown; her maternal grandparents were Austin Brown and Isabella Barnes. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William Harrison, John Austin, Willis Harvey, Perry Jackson, Elizabeth Ann, Irene Isabella, Iantha Elizabeth, Christen Frances and Rachel Louisa. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 3 on February 3rd, 1842 in BUTLER COUNTY, KY.1 -
