Willie Mae Basham 
Willie Mae was born on March 29th, 1900 in Hancock Co., Kentucky.1 Willie Mae's father was Abner Buel Basham and her mother was Mary Matilda Moore. Her paternal grandparents were Cary Jackson 'Jack' Basham and Annis Warner. She had two sisters named Eva Gladys (Evie) and Laurie Alice. She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-brother and seven half-sisters, named Seth 'Warner', Minnie, Hallie Mae, Hattie, Mamie, Dissie Annis (Twin), Vissie Rebecca (Twin) and Lela Franzena. She died at the age of 71 on September 10th, 1971 in Ft Wayne, Allen Co., Indiana.1 General Notes
