William R. Basham 
William R. was born about December 1878 in Arkansas.1 William R.'s father was Samuel C. Basham and his mother was Martha Brown. His paternal grandparents were James Madison Basham and Mary Ann Johnston. He had two sisters named Keziah A. and Mary. He was the second oldest of the three children.
