Thelma V. Basham

Thelma V. was born about 1918 in Pennsylvania.¹ Thelma V.'s father was William Thomas Basham and her mother was Bessie Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Tobias (Tobie) Basham and Martha Jane Preston. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Paul, James, Living, Mary, Erna, Verna and Edna T.. She died after 1999.¹
