Malvina Frances (Fanny) was born on September 22nd, 1857 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Malvina Frances (Fanny)'s father was William Harrison Basham and her mother was Cynthia Amanda Seeley. Her paternal grandparents were Littleberry Basham and Mary (Polly) Basham. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Elijah Charles, Seth 'Warner', Littleberry, James William Taylor, Henrietta G. and Mary A.. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
