Frances Cordelia Basham

Frances Cordelia was born on March 18th, 1854 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.¹   Frances Cordelia's father was John J. Basham and his mother was Winsley A. (Winny) Rust. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Vercella, Crittendon G., George R., Rhoda Jane, Mary A., Martha and Vona D..  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  He died after 1870.¹
