Elbert Lee Basham 
Elbert Lee was born on May 13th, 1904 in Mystic, Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Elbert Lee's father was Jeremiah F. (Jerry) Basham and his mother was Carrie E. Pollack. His paternal grandparents were Richard B. Basham and Abigail Norton. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Herbert Merlin, Asa Forrest, Lisha Mildred, Eva and Myrtle. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 78 on August 5th, 1982 in Centralia, Marion Co., Illinois.1 General Notes
