Bertha Basham 
Bertha was born on October 17th, 1887 in Grayson Co., Kentucky.1 Bertha's father was Stephen 'Hardin' Basham and her mother was Polly Miller. Her paternal grandparents were Francis F. Basham and Nancy Farmer Smith. She had three brothers named Birta Thomas, Louis 'Frank', Jr. and John William. She had five half-brothers named Raymond, Ulva, Wilby, Lois and William. She died at the age of 31 on October 22nd, 1918 in Grayson Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
