Premyslava was born in 0978.  Premyslava's father is Vladimir I UNKNOWN and her mother was Regneida UNKNOWN.  Her paternal grandfather was Svyatoslav UNKNOWN and her paternal grandmother is Maloucha UNKNOWN; her maternal grandfather is Rogvolod UNKNOWN. She had a brother named Yaroslav I.  She was the older of the two children.  She died at the age of 40 in 1018.

They had a son named Bela I.
