Samuel Overturf 
Samuel was born on September 22nd, 1787. Samuel's father was Martin Overturf and his mother was Catherine Deitch. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Valentine Oberdorf and his paternal grandmother is Agnes Elizabeth Remley. He had two brothers and a sister, named Jacob, Conrad and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 95 on February 1st, 1883.-
