Rebecca was born on September 20th, 1806 in Burlington,NJ. Rebecca's father is Charles Gaskill and her mother is Bathshebe Stackhouse. Her paternal grandparents are Aaron Gaskill and Edith UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents are Samuel Stackhouse and Ann UNKNOWN. She was an only child. She died at the age of 82 on October 13th, 1888 in Clarke,IA.
‌Rebecca and Jonathan were married in a religious ceremony in 1825 in Guernsey,OH. They had nine sons and five daughters, named Amos S., Charles G., Thomas J., John Wesley, Jacob W., Jonathan, Ezra, Robert Frank, Sigget, Barsheba J., Sariah Ann, Elizabeth Jane, Susan Malissa and Rebecca Elizabeth.
