Mary Belle Rowe

Mary Belle was born on February 12th, 1896 in King and Queen county, Virginia.  Mary Belle's father is Ethelbert Rowe and her mother was Emma Stevens.  Her paternal grandfather is Benjamin Rowe.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 84 on June 19th, 1980 in Tappahannock, Virginia.

‌Mary Belle and Louis Franklin were married in a religious ceremony on May 20th, 1922 in Dunnsville, VA.  They had a son named Louis Franklin jr.
