Alice De was born in 1129 in Lucy, Maine, Normandy, France and her baptism took place in Also Of Barony, Prudhoe, Northumberland, England.  Alice De's father was Richard The Loyal De Lucy and her mother was Rohese Fitzrichard De Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were Adrian De Lucy and Aveline Goth; her maternal grandparents were Richard Fitzrichard De Clare and Mrs Richard De Clare. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William De, Geoffrey De, Aveline De and Maud De.  She was the youngest of the five children.  She died at the age of 68 in 1197 in Castle Prudhoe, Northumberland, England.

‌Alice De and Odinel II De were married in a religious ceremony about 1155 in Prudhoe, Northumberland, England.  They had a son and two daughters, named Richard De, Margery and Alice De.
