William II Fitzneel 
William II was born about 1085 in Halton, Cheshire, England. William II's father was William I Fitzneel and his mother was Miss De Widness. His paternal grandparents were Nigel Constable Of Chester and Mrs Nigel Chester; his maternal grandparents were Yarfrid Baron Of Widness and Mrs Yarfrid Widness. He had three sisters named Albreda De, Agnes and Matilda. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died before 1139. He was buried in Constable Of Chester.-
