George W. Skaggs

George W. was born on February 9th, 1842 in , , Kentucky, USA.¹   George W.'s father was George Skaggs and his mother was Anne PRIEST OR PIERCE.  His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Hannah Holbrook. He had two brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas B., Lucinda, Mary, Clarica, Theresa and Amanda J..  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 32 on October 8th, 1874.¹
