Frank was born in October 1879 in Ashland, Boyd, Kentucky, USA.1 Frank's father was Henry CROUSE and his mother was Mary WEINCHECK. His paternal grandmother was Mary. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William H., Joseph, John P., Amelia, Clara, Mary and Agnes. He was the third youngest of the eight children.General Notes
