NOTE: If Frances married William BROWN then she couldn't have been the 2 year old daughter that drowned in the Alleghany River while the family was moving to Portsmouth - maybe it was Jane Marie CORIELL instead of Frances and she was 3 years old instead of 2 years old?????? Yes according to the deaths on Page 4 of the bible it states that Jane Maria CORIELL died in 1818.
