Elizabeth was born on November 14th, 1837 in Sonora, Hardin, Kentucky, USA.1 Elizabeth's father was William Price Carroll and her mother was Ellen Neighbors. Her paternal grandparents were Enoch Carroll and Susannah WILSON. She had a brother named William Riley. She was the older of the two children. She died at the age of 90 in 1927.2 General Notes
