Will from Orphans Court of Ebensburg in Cambria County on 3 1 March 1904.: states that Peter died 8 Sept 1903 leavin g his widow, Jane Adams and the following children: S.H. A dams,George, Alvin, Alfred, John, Simon, Kate, Della, and E mma. It records the land he owned and it states to divid e it with each child receiving one-ninth and to Jane Adams , her dower or interest therin as provided by the intestat e laws of PA. Map of land. Near Cambria Iron Co. which ow ned minerals on the land. It appears that the family did n ot want the land, but sold it, valued at $885.00. His good s and chattels were appraised at $107.80.(see list in paper s) Alfred Adams was administrator of Will. Jane kept abou t $300.00 worth of goods and cash. Witnesses: Delia J. Gri ffith, J.W.
