The Black's father was Edward III ANJOU-PLANTEGENET and his mother was Philippa Of HAINAULT.  His paternal grandparents were Edward II PLANTEGENET and Isabella Of FRANCE; his maternal grandfather was Count Of Hainault & HOLLAND. He had four brothers named Duke Of, Of, Of and Of.  He died in 1376.
