Frances MOBERLY 
Frances was born on February 9th, 1789 in St. Petersburg, Russia and her baptism took place on September 17th, 1789 in British Chaplaincy, St. Petersburg, RUSSIA. Frances' father was Edward MOBERLY and her mother was Sarah CAYLEY. Her paternal grandparents were Richard MOBERLY and Jane ADAMS; her maternal grandparents were John CAYLEY and Sarah COZENS. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Charles, John, Henry, William, Edward, Edward, Thomas, George, Arthur, Harriet, Harriet and Emily. She was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 83 on September 4th, 1872.General Notes
